Media Day Photography Sessions
Join us for a fun and creative photography experience! Our Media Day features 2-3 hours of dynamic, artistic photography using vibrant gel lights and atmospheric fog to capture unique, stunning portraits. This session is perfect for showcasing personality and creativity in every shot.
Session Details:
- Duration: 2 hours
- Creative lighting and fog effects
- $200 non-refundable sitting fee (Note: This fee does not include digital images or prints.)
After the session, photos will be carefully curated and posted on our website, where you can purchase digital downloads or prints directly.
Whats included:
The school will receive all high-resolution digital files from the photoshoot. With signed contract allowing you to use them for:
- Banners
- Advertisements
- Social media posts
- Website content
- Any other promotional materials
This gives you complete flexibility to showcase the images in any way that benefits your school.
Media Day Booking Information:
After booking your media day session, please ensure you send a complete roster list to the photographer. This list should include each player's name along with their parent or guardian's email address. The roster, along with a signed contract, must be submitted to the photographer prior to the scheduled session.
Day of your Media Day:
On the day of your Media Day session, please ensure that all players are dressed and ready to go at their scheduled time. I strive to create a fun and relaxed atmosphere for everyone involved. We’ll have music playing and plenty of time to recreate exciting and memorable photos together. It’s all about capturing the best moments while having fun!
